If you believe your copyrighted material has been used on our website without authorization, please follow the procedures described below.

1. Notification of Claimed Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on behalf of one, you may submit a written DMCA notice to request the removal of the allegedly infringing content. Your notice must include the following information as required by the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  2. Identification of the infringing material: Include a URL or other specific location on MaxBlue Online where the material in question is located.
  3. Contact information: Provide your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
  4. Statement of good faith: Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  6. Physical or electronic signature: Sign the notice electronically or physically to authenticate your claim.

Send your DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent at:
Email: tontufytservices@gmail.com

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include the following information:

  1. Identification of the removed content: Provide the URL or other specific location of the material that was removed or disabled.
  2. Statement of good faith: Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Contact information: Provide your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction: State that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or your location if outside the United States) and agree to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.
  5. Physical or electronic signature: Sign the counter-notification electronically or physically.

Send your counter-notification to:
Email: tontufytservices@gmail.com

3. Repeat Infringers

MaxBlue Online has a policy of terminating accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes situations where multiple valid DMCA notices have been submitted against the same user.

4. False Claims

Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notification can result in legal consequences, including damages and legal fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please ensure your claims are accurate and made in good faith.
